16 年 10 月 13 日，我参观了 bp 加油站灰路的地铁。我点了一个松散的牛排沙子，它放在扁平面包上。我吃了一半半半小时后就吃了我的肚子开始感到恶心和恶心。随着夜晚的过去，情况变得更糟。我整个肚子都剧烈疼痛。然后我开始呕吐、发冷和腹泻。这些症状一直持续到晚上。我的胃仍然不适和恶心的感觉。那个沙子是我整天唯一吃过的东西。

Around 7 pm on Monday, October 3, 2016, I ate a ham sandwich from Subway with gluten-free bread, garnished with all the vegetables and with mayonnaise. Got very sick around 3 am the morning after, followed by heavy cramping in the afternoon for a few hours. Vomitting and diarhea lasted for 2.5 days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 抽筋
