2016 年 8 月 10 日，在有人告诉我整个 E Coli 稀缺品已经结束并且我饿死之后，我决定吃墨西哥辣椒。我订购了一个包含以下内容的 burito 碗：鸡肉、糙米、黑豆、温和的酱汁（不管叫什么）、生菜、酸奶油和奶酪。这是我 2 年前通常会订购的，当时我发誓不会再吃它，但我屈服了。然后在 8 月 14 日，我意识到一小部分极度水汪汪的凳子出来了。直到我看到它完全是绿色的，我才考虑太多。随着时间的流逝，我开始发冷，走路时感到非常头晕。回家后我什么都不想做，只是躺下睡觉然后在下午 5 点左右这样做，然后在晚上 10 点醒来。在这一点上，我感觉好像我发烧得很厉害，最后痛苦地慢慢走到洗手间，只是为了完全用水的形式排便我的墨西哥辣椒餐。我可以说那是我的墨西哥辣椒餐，因为我可以清楚地看到一些生菜和番茄漂浮在厕所的水中，而我吃辣椒的那一天是我唯一一次吃这两种食物中的任何一种。现在我的肠子感觉好像被里面翻出来了。我应该信守诺言，不惜一切代价避免使用墨西哥辣椒。现在我肯定会 100％，再也不会吃 Chipotle 了。

I ate a carnitas burrito on 8/7 at 12pm. I also had some guacamole and chips.
The burrito contained brown rice, black beans, cheese, carnitas, lettuce, and mild salsa.
My husband split this with me and he too has diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻

I ate a steak burrito today around 3pm. Brown rice, veggies, pinto beans, mild and medium salsa, cheese and lettuce.
I felt slightly I'll with diarrhea around 6. I have thrown up a ton and continued to have diarrhea , but has hit its peak (I hope it doesn't get worse) around 10pm  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
