I had a chicken bowl with (brown rice, pinto beans, salad, corn and mild sauce) today around noon and while I was eating it I smelled that something was spoiled I think that it was the rice or the corn. When I finished it eating it my stomach starting feeling upset. And then I had diarrhea .  | 症状: 腹泻

我星期五晚上 8 点左右吃了 chipotle。我订购了一个装有糙米、酸奶油、奶酪、温和的莎莎酱和生菜的偷碗。第二天早上（星期六）我醒来时胃痛和腹泻持续了一整天。现在是星期天晚上，我整天都在痛苦中。遗憾的是，这不是我第一次在 chipotle 发生这种情况。

8 月 17 日，星期三，午休时间我在拉斯维加斯上班，去了 Chipotle 点了鸡肉卷饼糙米黑豆玉米蔬菜，一点酸奶油和一点鳄梨调味酱。我在晚上 8 点 30 分左右休息午休。我在晚上 11 点下车，不得不在不到 8 小时的周转时间内重返工作岗位。到我下班回家的时候大约是凌晨 1 点... 当我回到家时，我没时间吃饭只能睡几个小时才能回去工作。第二天我醒来上班时，我感到肚子里有异常的疼痛，但仍然去上班。没有早餐。我只能工作 4 个小时，因为每 20 分钟我就会跑到洗手间排便。排便我们不是常态，出来的东西就像是水样物质黄色。我开始在排便的同时立即出汗和呕吐。我感觉非常虚弱，就在 20 分钟后我以为自己完成工作后，我马上就跑回洗手间了同样的问题。今天是 8 月 20 日，腹泻或排便已经放缓，呕吐有所减缓，但是我仍然感觉虚弱，有时我必须立即躺在床上才能重新获得能量。我开始不追求这个问题而是让它过去, 但是我今天的感觉使我在网上进行了一些研究，并且我正在阅读最近吃过辣椒的人的类似故事.该怎么办？！！
