我订购了一个墨西哥卷饼碗，用来搭配牛排、糙米、黑豆、中号莎莎酱、奶酪、玉米和生菜。直到凌晨 1 点左右，我才因胃部不适、头痛、腹泻、呕吐和出汗而醒来。我睡不着了，整晚剩下的时间和第二天整天都在洗手间里。
