鸡肉和 barbacoa 卷饼碗配黑豆、糙米、烤蔬菜、玉米莎莎酱、中号莎莎酱和生菜。吃晚饭然后在半夜和第二天腹泻和胃痛。那天晚上，胃痛的严重程度加剧，导致恶心、发冷和晕倒。随之而来的是腹泻和呕吐。4 天后仍然出现胃痛和腹泻。

我昨天 12:30 左右吃了 Chipotle，从晚上 11 点左右开始，我开始感到恶心，从那以后我每隔几个小时就会起床呕吐和腹泻在下一集之前我会发冷。我有一个卷饼碗里有鸡肉糙米 pinto beans 辣酱玉米奶酪酸奶油。

Had a chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, medium salsa, cheese, sour cream & corn for lunch. Almost immediately (within the hour) I started getting stomach cramps. It’s been several hours & the Nausea, diarrhea & cramping doesn’t go away.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

我在 6 月 7 日下午 4 点左右吃了 Chipotle，我吃了一个素食碗糙米，黑豆，绿色莎莎酱，reg salsa，玉米，生菜和鳄梨调味酱。吃了一两个小时后我头疼和恶心。第二天早上，今天是 6 月 8 日，我醒来了，还没停止呕吐，我发冷了。

我在 6 月 4 日星期三中午左右吃了墨西哥辣椒。我有一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面放着糙米、鸡肉、奶酪、酸奶油、黑豆和生菜。当我下午 3 点左右回到家时，我有可怕的胃痛和腹泻。腹泻和腹痛一直是无情的，到目前为止还没有停止。如果不能很快停止，我会去看医生。
