我把 Chipotle 和我的 SO 一起吃午饭。我有一个沙拉碗，里面有鸡肉，糙米，两种豆类，辣酱，奶酪和鳄梨调味酱，她有一个普通的碗，里面放着白米饭，黑豆，巴巴科亚，玉米，酸奶油和奶酪。我们每个人都吃了自己的碗，互相咬了一口。自昨晚以来，直到今天，我们都在遭受胃痛和腹泻。

I ordered a chicken bowl to go on 07/05/18, the bowl had brown rice, chicken, black beans, mild mix, corn, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce. It started a few hours after eating it. It was all I ate that day and I felt perfectly fine before then.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我星期五下午 2 点 30 分在那里吃了一个炸玉米饼，里面有番石榴、糙米、蔬菜、玉米、棕色莎莎、奶酪和生菜。带着一袋筹码。这是我经常下单的事情，我一直都很好，没问题。剩下的时间我很好，喜欢我的炸玉米饼很好吃。直到星期六早上，我醒来时第一件事就是腹泻。每 4 小时持续一整天，直到下午中午，这种可怕的偏头痛一直持续到今天星期二（第 3 天）。我的头痛已经消失了，但腹泻还在继续。在周六晚上（第 1 天）之后，腹泻像每 2 小时一样变得恒定。在洗手间开始无处不在之前，我也只有大约 2 秒钟的时间去洗手间。:( 直到周日深夜到周二早上，腹泻变成了每个小时的事情。这是我从中得到的疼痛和抽筋的感觉所经历过的最痛苦。起初腹泻是水汪汪的，周一晚上很快就出来了，每次我感到非常痛苦时，它都会给我带来严重的抽筋。周一，即使经常喝水和橙汁并抽出这些维生素和维生素 C，我也变得非常脱水，但仍然没用。我变得非常恶心，差点吐了几次。我尝试过 excedrin 偏头痛以为这全是来自 mirgraine bc 我对光和东西非常敏感，但是这种药最终根本没有帮助.星期二去看了医生，她刚给了我高剂量药品级 Immodium 来帮助治疗腹泻。头痛自己过去了。我们认为这可能不是很好的中毒，但是自从在这里看以来，我们可能会认为我得到了一个非常糟糕的案例。我得到了其他人所做的一些相同的事情，但是我所在的城市还没有报道。Chipotle 你们都需要团结起来-你的食物太好了，这种情况无法继续发生。你的食材显然是新鲜干净的？那么人们怎么会在你的餐厅生病呢？？
