我和我丈夫于 12 月 22 日下午 5 点 30 分和我们的孩子一起在那里吃过。我有牛排碗里有 queso、鳄梨调味酱、糙米和黑豆。不到一个小时，我头痛得很厉害，感到恶心而且头晕。我躺了几个小时。起床不到 20 分钟，我就呕吐了。我丈夫拿了肉食碗，几个小时内也呕吐了。
