4月12日晚上10点通过Uber点餐吃了汉堡王，4月13日凌晨3点开始出现症状（严重腹泻、恶心呕吐、腹痛痉挛、肌肉疼痛无力、发烧头痛、不适）。4月14日早上7点，症状仍然存在，但没有呕吐。4月13日看医生，食物中毒。
