Order a carnitas burrito bowl with guacamole. At about 1/4 of it since I was in a meeting and barely 30 minutes go by before I have severe stomach cramps with nausea. About 15 minutes after that I was vomiting. Seriously?? Wtf Chipotle.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Me & my nephew went to chipotle on Monday 4/22 around 11am. We both ordered the Barbacoa burrito bowl and had same ingredients except for mine didn't have corn. He got sick almost immediately after eating with cramping, nausea and diarrhea. It lasted all day and through the night with cold shivers.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

我从美元菜单上点了辣土豆软炸玉米饼和一个五层卷饼。那个人说土豆是 “新鲜的” 但是当我吃它们的时候味道不一样，有一种奇怪的苦味。。我以为是生菜，所以我什么也没想到就把它摘下来了。当我继续吃第二口土豆时，我的胃开始感到臃肿和饱满，所以我把它全部扔掉了。然后我咬进五层墨西哥卷饼，奶酪味道不同，所以我吐出来。我的胃非常敏感，所以只用了两口软炸玉米饼就让我恶心。我出现了头痛，胃部不适，伴有强烈的肠痉挛。抽筋太强烈了我呕吐了，因为我整晚都无法入睡，感觉恶心。五个小时后，我得了腹泻，开始感到头昏眼花，我的嘴很干，我看上去苍白。然后我拿了我的 T温度发现我在发烧时整时发烧了。我通过查看症状意识到自己有食物中毒，我目前正在服用 alka seltzer 治疗发冷、胃部不适和头痛。胃痛太难以忍受了我哭了。
