我在麦当劳工作，早上 10 点左右休息了，所以我点了墨西哥卷饼和 mcgriddle。直到下午 1 点左右我感觉还不错，我的腹部抽筋我要求去洗手间有腹泻。我不得不在工作的最后一个小时内去几次，然后也开始呕吐。医生说，这很可能是来自受污染的食物或水。我还生病了已经一周了。

At 12:30 pm I ate a bowl with chicken, white rice, black beans, and mild salsa. My husband had a chicken burrito with white rice. Starting around 6:30 pm we had cramps and diarrhea that lasted at least five hours. Our lunch at Chipotle was the only food we ate in common.  | 症状: 腹泻
