11:00 左右去吃午饭，点了一个 #9 烤鸡肉三明治，大约一个小时后，我感觉胃里很奇怪，抽筋不好。然后开始呕吐、腹泻和发烧。不得不提早离开工作然后不断停下来呕吐。我从疾病中脱水得太多了，我不得不去急诊中心去取液体。这次体验之后我再也不会在这里吃饭了。

I ate shredded chicken quesarito and my boyfriend ate the gordita crunch tacos with Baja blast drink. Symptoms started 3 hours after including vomiting diarheaa nausea fevers and lasted for two days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
