我订购了 Trilogy 盒装餐、普通豆面、普通薯条面、甜辣椒蘸锅
20 年 5 月 7 日 18:40 的探戈橙（330 毫升）。晚上 10 点 11 点左右我开始感到胃痛，然后整晚和第二天都有严重的腹泻，并且一直持续到今天 07/05/20。有些东西煮得不好，很吸引人。我知道有很多朋友因为这个确切的原因说要避开他们，他们需要接受检查并提高他们的标准。

I ordered chilli fries from a local family restaurant at 4pm and then came back home I finished eating, got sick around 9 with vomit. There chilli must be bad or old cause the fries were not thrown up, just the chilli, the chili wasn't even digested..  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

I've gotten door dash 2x from there in the past 2 months and was sick the following day with a distended stomach, vomiting, and diarrhea. My wife does not get teh vegetarian chilli but I do. I'm concerned they are not properly cooling and storing their leftover… 更多

Chilli I had for lunch. Just myself got sick. 9 hours before symptoms showed. I suddenly had terrible cramps and diarrhea, vomited up everything I ate since and including the chilli from lunch and the taste is left in my mouth and ready to continue vomiting and still feeling unwell   | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
