2019 年 9 月 16 日下午 4 点 05 分左右，我去商店吃饭，6 英寸蜂蜜燕麦融化了，还有一个巧克力曲奇。食用食物大约 1-2 小时后我感到恶心。下班早点回家。回家的路上有极度的胃痛然后呕吐。每 20 分钟呕吐一次，有腹泻。9 月 17 日，仍有腹泻，感觉非常虚弱。那是我那天吃的一顿饭，除了早上的几只软糖熊。
