我在线订购了 7 月 3 日 7 月 20 日，然后拿起了酮碗。我相信我刚在 7 点 30 分之前接起来，然后开车回家吃了大约晚上 8 点左右。可能是 7:50 左右。凌晨 2 点左右。我醒来时腹部疼痛。睡不了。感觉像腹泻但我不必去洗手间。入睡和失眠。睡在胎儿的位置。终于 10 点左右下床然后下去做咖啡。超级头晕，流汗爆发了。喝不了咖啡。差点过去了。让头晕坐在厨房柜台上。有水回床了。感到恶心还是头晕。睡了一个小时然后试图去洗手间几次。一些松散的凳子。开始感觉好一点。抽筋仍然存在，但第二天并不那么糟糕。开始再次变得更糟，感觉像外星人一样在我的胃里！现在是第 6 天。没有头痛，也没有太恶心，但是抽筋还是不好，粪便松散等，还有疲劳。想知道这次大约有没有人在这家餐厅经历过这种情况？
