I had a burrito bowl, with white rice, chicken, corn, cheese, and sour cream. After an hour I went home and didn’t feel well! I threw up everything I had ate from chipotle & It was seen in my vomit  | 症状: 呕吐

星期五晚上吃了... 墨西哥卷饼配猪肉、大米、酸奶油、奶酪、pico、玉米... 丈夫有鸡肉、米饭、酸奶油、奶酪、玉米、微微的碗... 我们俩星期六清晨都因腹泻和胃痛而生病... 现在还有 4 天... 我们的儿子吃了猪肉和奶酪，还没生病。

5:00pm Chicken Burrito Bowl, bbq sauce, cheese, bacon, lettuce, guacamole, corn salsa, nacho flakes. Symptoms began 1:00am that night and lasted 24hrs. 3 bouts of full on vomiting and 9 rounds of diarrhea. Fever of 101.7F.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I had steak salad yesterday around 7:00 pm. I had steak salad bowl with veg corn cheese Ketty’s brown rice black bean and mild and spicy dressing.
