我是 celiacs。一小时后我发了胆汁和腹泻。我把面包丁从沙拉里拿下来，我没吃过它们。9 小时后我吃了我的另一半饭。当然没沙拉也没有小麦。晚上 11 点左右，我在主餐后小时再次得到腹泻，当晚晚些时候我吃了左边食物 1 小时后我再次得到腹泻。必须是面粉或者如果不是面粉比我两次生病的原因？？

Ceaser 沙拉混合物我做了一个沙拉，配上了 romaine 莴苣和 ceaser 调味包以及帕尔姆奶酪和面包饼，但是我只添加了调味料。我吃了 3 口然后我继续做饭。大约 10 分钟后，我吃了一把 bowl.OFon 沙拉，我吃了大约 3 口，然后立即开始吐出来，跑到浴室然后将它全部呕吐起来。我感到恶心又热又虚弱。我的肚子很抱怨。自那以后我睡觉醒来就像我需要使用浴室一样，但只是在隆隆声。
