订购鸡肉卷饼碗，里面有新鲜的皮科、奶酪、黑豆、糙米、生菜、fajita 蔬菜、酸奶油和鳄梨调味酱。我的工作距离实际上不到半英里，所以当我吃午饭时我的食物还是很温暖的。在 2 小时之内，我开始出现极度恶心、发烧和腹泻，持续了下午的剩余时间。仍然感到恶心、轻微发烧和腹胀。
