吃了 carne asada 薯条，注意肉有点煮熟不足。我忽略了。2 小时后，我开始感到胃痛，有点恶心，但我还是决定睡觉。凌晨 3 点醒来时是我经历过的最严重的胃痛.. 恶心，焦虑是因为我害怕呕吐，整个晚上我都无法入睡，疼痛实在太大了... 早上醒来，胃痛越来越严重，它不断来去，我直接腹泻和发烧。我觉得我随时都会吐出来。这真是我最喜欢的餐厅.. 很失望...

我吃了 10 块鸡块和番茄酱、几条薯条、牛仔竞技汉堡、小培根王和小可乐。我实际上吃了 3 或 4 个薯条和没有底面包的牛仔竞技汉堡。我在 18 年 1 月 23 日下午 6 点 30 分左右吃了。大约 30 分钟 1 小时后，我感到恶心，以为是因为我吃了很多东西。恶心一直感觉更糟。晚上 11 点 30 分，我醒来时胃里有点像抽筋一样剧烈疼痛，然后又感到非常恶心，所以我去了洗手间，当我走到那里时胃痛变得更糟。然后我立即扔了一个垃圾桶，抽筋变得太糟糕了，我得了腹泻然后又扔了一些。吃完汉堡王之后我总是感到恶心，但是在这之后我正式再也不会吃过了。

Last night we visited this place to celebrate my daughter birthday. She had the all you can eat crab & shrimp, my sister and her daughter ordered whiting, tilapia, fried rice, onion rings, and sweet potato fries, I had the shrimp basket with Cajun fries we all were sick vomiting, diarrhea, nausea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
