Today I decided to eat my favorite Strawberry Fruit Bar by Sundae Shoppe and I became ill shortly after eating the product and noticed it tasted off. Went to the hospital due to a headache and stomach cramps and was diagnosed with Acute Food Poisoning.  | 症状: 抽筋, 头痛

Pineapple In the morning my daughter made a smoothie with fresh pineapple. Within an hour she felt dizzy and then vomited all day into the evening. She spent most of the day on the floor in the bathroom. She's in bed now and very weak.

I ate fried chicken, macaroni n cheese. Fruit platter. Within 4 hours was viciously vomiting. I ate food at kwik trip around 1pm 4/26/20. And 2 hours later was feeling sick to my stomach, around 8pm I was throwing up viciously, diarrhea, dizzy, hot flashes, fever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 头晕, 胃痛
