Ordered the salad bowl with chicken for dinner on Friday 6/13, added guacamole. Extreme food poisoning and vomiting overnight. I could tell this location was more messy than other chipotle I've been to. Lack of staff meant cutting corners (dirty tables, dirty soda and lemon station)  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

My husband and I both had water w/lemon, salad and garlic roasted Alfredo sauce with pasta. I had the most painful stomach cramps I've ever had in my life with diarrahea and severe nausea about 7-8 hours later (ate nothing else between that time). My diarrahea continues… 更多

Had chicken Parmesan and water with lemon. Did not taste good, tasted old. 2 hours later was very cold, shivering, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting and fever. Sweat through my sheets while sleeping. Still not well today. Husband had lasagna and did not get sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I had six lemon pepper wings, and about a handful of fries. My sister also had about 7-9 wings and a small fry. We are both have the stomach flu. I'm nauseated and have been in and out of the bathroom all morning. My sister has been in the bathroom as well with similar symptoms as I.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
