加利福尼亚州蒙特雷的全食。我注意到他们用于三明治的酱汁看起来很凝结，而且没有食物上面有盖子或盖子，只是整天打开暴露在外。我的同伴向我保证会没事的，我的三明治没有附带蛋黄酱，所以风险降低了一点。吃完三明治后我的胃就开始受伤了。那天晚上我因胃痛而醒来，现在已经有将近两天的疼痛和伴随的腹泻了。

整天感觉很好。有一个鸡肉培根牧场与生菜、洋葱、番茄、蛋黄酱、牧场、盐和胡椒融化。吃完大约 2 小时后，我开始感到恶心和虚弱。饿了，但没有食物或饮料的味道足够开胃。进食大约 5 小时后猛烈呕吐 6 次。由于虚弱和感觉疼痛，睡了 10 个多小时。第二天是我吃东西以来第一次感觉有点正确。我认为那天太阳是我唯一摄入的好东西，总体来说我的健康状况还不错。昨晚之前，我不知道我最后一次呕吐是什么时候。

上午 10 点 30 分左右吃了火鸡俱乐部之后，购买了早餐三明治、法式吐司鸡蛋 suasage、火鸡火腿俱乐部三明治没有蛋黄酱和一个带大咖啡的圣诞树甜甜圈，那天晚上我整夜都在奔跑、爆发和抽筋，第二天取消了生病，手臂脖子和背部僵硬，冷汗和几乎每小时都会去洗手间... 难闻的恶臭气味和大桶水倒出后门的管道...
