今天大约 2 点 45 分在我的办公室里有大蒜帕尔马干酪翅膀和意大利辣香肠比萨饼送给我。不到一个小时，我开始出现胃痛，我的胃又在咕噜声和腹胀。几个小时后，我完全悲惨了。打一些最恶毒的气体然后腹泻开始了。
这种情况一直持续到晚上 9 点左右，然后我开始猛烈呕吐。这种情况持续了大约 45 分钟，腹泻持续到深夜。
