16 年 6 月 17 日，从沙拉吧购买了热食（拉猪肉，蔬菜炒饭）和沙拉吧（红卷心菜，海草沙拉）。进食 3 小时后我胃痛很严重，整晚呕吐，有些腹泻。我病了 3 天很重，几乎无法站起来。我们经常从 Whole Foods 购买预制食品，然后为此付出巨款。没有了，不是在这场灾难之后！

5/29/16 - All I ate was Pulled Pork and green beans. About 13 hours later at 5am on 5/30/16 is when I threw up. Then again at 9:30am. No food has been consumed since yesterday at 4pm and I am only drinking water.  | 症状: 呕吐

昨天，4 月 30 日，我和我丈夫去了鲁迪的 I10 和梅森路旁吃午饭。他点了切碎的香肠三明治，我点了拉猪肉三明治。我丈夫很好，但我觉得剩下的时间我会的。胃感觉不太正确，头痛，感觉恶心。那天晚上 7 点 30 分左右，直到第二天早上 5 点 30 分，我反复因两端而生病。到了我连一口水都无法处理的地步，因为它会回来，然后我会干起来，因为什么都没剩下。太糟糕了。我再也不在那里吃东西了。我正在发布此信息，当鲁迪开门时会联系他们，以帮助他们发现是否有疫情爆发或仅仅是我。

After eating a burrito bowl consisting of brown and white rice black and pinto beans pulled pork hot,medium and mild sauce, corn, cheese, and lettuce about three dayd later I have had non stop diarrhea. I have had these symptoms now for about four days and going to Drs tomorrow.  | 症状: 腹泻
