Acute diarrheal illness after eating orange chicken and white rice from Big Bowl at Midway airport at 6pm on Sunday 4/5. Symptoms started at 7am on Monday. 9 instance of completely watery diarrhea so far. As of 11pm on Monday night.  | 症状: 腹泻

第一次在那里吃饭。我通常不在任何地方吃鸡肉，因为我不信任它。但我吃了一份儿童餐，有生菜、羽衣甘蓝、混合蔬菜、春季混合菜、菠菜、罗马生菜、野米、蒜香鸡肉、玉米片、香醋配香蒜酱和一片面包以及他们的柠檬水。我住在附近，走回家，突然我必须去洗手间。我的胃在咕噜叫，到目前为止我已经腹泻了4次，仍然感觉不好，而且我明天要毕业！

4月1日星期三在CAVA（迈阿密佛罗里达州布里克尔大道801号）订了一个定制碗。

不记得里面所有的东西了，但是有——超级绿叶菜、糙米、鸡肉、芝麻酱凯撒。酸奶莳萝、鹰嘴豆泥、红椒鹰嘴豆泥、黄瓜+西红柿、洋葱、西兰花、羊奶酪。

从那以后我一直有严重的呕吐、恶心和腹泻。再也不会在CAVA吃饭了。
