2017 年 7 月 17 日上午 11:30 在墨西哥墨西哥烧烤店举行。我点了一个装有白米饭和便当豆的鸡肉碗。进食后 30 分钟内开始出现严重的胃痛。第二天早上我不得不被带到急诊室。医生说，由于食物中毒，我患有严重的结肠炎和肠道炎症。

7 月 15 日星期六下午 6 点左右，我在 Chipotle 吃了一个鸡肉卷饼，里面有黑豆、糙米、玉米、莎莎酱、奶酪和生菜。星期一晚上 11 点左右。我开始有严重的胃痛，到凌晨 3 点，腹泻不停。到星期二早上我也发烧了。周二晚上腹泻停止了，当时发烧也爆发了。现在（星期三）我虚弱又累，没有食欲。

吃了一个鸡肉卷饼碗，里面放着糙米，鸡肉，玉米，酸奶油，番茄，生菜和高加索。7 月 15 日星期六中午左右。周六晚上开始感到恶心，周日下午开始感到恶心。呕吐，胃痛不好，头晕，第二天跑步，虚弱，差点消失了几次。我已经下降了 3 天！
