I went around 6:00 pm est on Friday May 6th. Ordered a burrito Bol with brown rice, vegetables, steak, barbacoa, medium salsa, corn and sour cream. The next day I have felt queezy and have diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

1459 N 柑橘科维纳 CA 91722 Hibachi 超级自助餐。5 月 6 日星期五上午 11:30 吃了午饭。主要是贝类（蛤蜊、贻贝、小龙虾、虾）。几块牛肉。土豆、沙拉。螃蟹沙拉。各种各样的菜肴。大约 2-3 小时后腹部痉挛，爆炸性腹泻-持续恶心。没想到要检查发烧。不能离开厕所足够长的时间去医院。还在抽筋。大约 1/2 小时后把整个午餐都扔掉了-肚子里咯咯地笑。吃了大米喝了很多水。病得太重了，无法工作。下午 6 点左右感觉完全正常但虚弱。5 月 7 日早上我百分之百没事。

I ate today at around 12 pm at w8 & Mercer. Ordered a bowl: brown rice, black beans, double chicken, low & hot sauce, corn, cheese and lettuce. At around 5:30 I vomited. A little later, I got fever. I still have the symptoms, but I hope they will go away. THIS IS INADMISSIBLE!  | 症状: 发烧, 呕吐

我有一个碗里有鸡肉、黑豆、糙米、温和的莎莎和洋葱。我在 16 年 5 月 2 日星期二晚餐时吃了它。星期三上午上班，我开始出现胃痛和腹泻。腹泻在星期三和星期四持续了整天，目前在星期五我还有。自从我记得以来我没有生过这种病。

鸡肉碗里有白米饭、黑豆、奶酪、酸奶油和 guac。我的四口之家星期三晚上都在那里吃过饭，但我是唯一一个生病的人。我也是唯一一个吃酸奶油的人，所以以为是那个。我凌晨 3 点醒来时出现恶心、呕吐、胃痉挛和腹泻。我连续大约 8 个小时都是这样。昨天下午发烧低温和发冷，除了胃痉挛之外，今天早上终于感觉好多了。
