昨晚 7 点半左右，我点了一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有米饭、黑豆、牛排、生菜、莎莎酱、guac 和酸奶油，哦，孩子那是个不好的选择。我吃完饭几分钟后我的胃开始转动并制作一些
听起来非常可怕，之后我立即通过了一些可怕的气体。整夜无法入睡，最终今天因为 diarehha 和恶心醒来。我曾经喜欢 chipotle，但这是几个月后我第一次回来，绝对是我的最后一次。

ate chicken burrito with white rice, sour cream, guac, lettuce- around 9pm. next day felt sick all day but not too bad didn't eat anything. around 2pm diarrhea started, around 5-6pm vomiting started, 10pm now and still sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

2 月 17 日上午 11 点左右我在 Chipotle 吃过饭。我有鸡碗里有白米饭、黑豆和斑豆、新鲜番茄莎莎酱、玉米莎莎酱、酸奶油和奶酪。我没有得到生菜，因为里面有腐烂的碎片。2 月 19 日凌晨 3 点我因腹痛和肌肉酸痛醒来。到早上 6 点我有严重的腹痛、发冷、肌肉酸痛、肌肉无力和头痛。到 10 点半，我得了腹泻，加剧了肌肉和头部疼痛，无法站立。现在是下午 6 点半，我没有任何好转，所以我要去 ER。

I got a burrito bowl for lunch - chicken, rice, salsa, sour cream, and cheese. Finished eating around 3PM, started feeling very nauseous and sick to my stomach an hour later.
