午餐时我吃了西南沙拉。到凌晨 3 点，当我沿着 I-95 号公路被打破时，我不得不用护栏作为马桶座圈。谢天谢地，我车里有一盒纸巾。呕吐开始后我正在乞求死亡。被带到我们周末度过的酒店 45 分钟。我从凌晨 5 点到下午 6 点在胎儿位置度过。睡眠没来，我闭上了眼睛，看着像红色警报一样的星际迷航，上面有清单和闪烁的红灯。又花了将近 24 小时才恢复食欲并从脱水中恢复过来。是沙拉上的鸡还是不干净的蔬菜。它在生病的前五次名单中，包括肾结石。

I ate at this location on July 1, 2017 and had a salad with chicken, beans, cheese, mild salsa and guacamole. I woke somewhere between 2 and 3 am with diarrhea. The diarrhea came and went for a week and finally called a doctor, had a stool test and cam back positive for salmonella.  | 症状: 腹泻

2017 年 1 月 1 日吃了这些包装好的沙拉包之一，大约 4 小时后出现暴力病。首先是严重的胃痛和恶心，然后是每 15 分钟呕吐和腹泻，持续 6 小时。最终变得极度脱水（头晕、困惑、极度口渴），那天晚上去了急症室。接受了停止呕吐的药物和 3 袋液体，但几天后仍有腹泻发作。每天晚上也发烧和发冷 3-4 天。回到 GP 再次接受盐水滴，因为我仍然严重脱水。恶心和头晕 10 天没有消失。我一生中最糟糕的经历，我再也不会吃包装好的沙拉了。
