I ate at the Outback in Ames Iowa on Monday, Jan 14, 2019. I had the filet along with lobster tail. Also ate the Wedge Blue cheese salad. Within 4 hours, was vomiting on the hour for 8 straight hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

过去几天我从沃尔玛购买了一份预先包装的希腊沙拉。我在 19 年 1 月 18 日早上用完了它。到下午 5 点我开始变得非常热，这对我来说是不正常的。晚上 9 点半左右我超级恶心。凌晨 1 点之前，我弯腰在马桶上呕吐直到凌晨 3 点，同时经历了极度的头晕。凌晨 5 点我的发烧是 100.7，太惨了，我几乎无法动弹，目前下午 4 点 14 分仍然感觉一样。仅供参考...我整天只吃了沙拉和一袋烤好的烧烤芯片。

2019 年 1 月 16 日，我和同事在那里吃过饭。大约 4 小时后，我们俩都患了严重疾病，持续了 2 天，发烧、发冷、极度腹痛和身体疼痛几乎无法移动。同事很幸运那天晚上呕吐了 3 次，我没那么幸运，我花了两个晚上的肠痛病才能四处走动。我们都有薯条和莎莎酱、沙拉、薯条。他吃了炸鸡排晚餐，我吃了 vaquero 切碎的牛排晚餐，里面有奶酪、洋葱和墨西哥胡椒。真是错了！我这辈子从来没有这么恶心过！我的整个身体都没有经历过这样的肠道痛苦！

Chicken salad from Chipotle. I was the only one who ate there. I got sick a couple hours after eating. I started having heart burn and nausea. The vomiting probably started 5 hours after eating.
