I had the chicken tacos with sour cream corn lettuce mild salsa and rice at about 2pm on Sunday 10-5-18 and I started having symptoms on the same day at 5pm. It was the only thing I ate the entire day couldnt eat anything for the next 2 days I lost 7 pounds because of this.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

我星期六下午 1:30 左右在 Chipotle 吃午饭，周日凌晨 12 点 30 分左右，我病得很重。我被极度的背部疼痛和不适以及恶心和胃痛惊醒了。我每半小时醒来一次 —— 45 分钟就会出现腹泻或呕吐。周日整天我都因胃痉挛和 nasuea 而感到极度疼痛。我几乎整天都在睡觉，但也经常出冷汗和发冷。今天星期一我感觉好多了，但是没能减少很多食物，而且我的胃仍然抽筋不舒服。我和我一起在 chipotle 吃饭的朋友也有同样的症状。我们将常见成分缩小到热辣的莎莎玉米、莎莎、黑豆和酸奶油。
