10 月 22 日大约 600 点的晚餐时，我吃了牛排卷饼配温和的番茄和玉米莎莎酸奶油、黑豆和奶酪。在准备食物时，厨师和服务员似乎很分散，许多物品都用完了。900-1000 左右我开始感觉不对劲。晚上 11 点左右我开始生病暴力，在接下来的 6 个小时里我生病了。我从来没有经历过这种程度的腹泻和呕吐。胃痉挛难以忍受，呕吐几乎是不间断的。我无法保持任何类型的液体向下。我一生中从未感到如此悲惨。我肯定同时经历了呕吐和腹泻，这表明食物产生了疾病。

I havent eaten all day and so I went and got some chips and salsa at chipotle and after eating it. Several hrs later I started feeling super angry while getting cold sweats and then follows the vomit which continues through out the night which exhausted me so much.
