5 月 1 日星期一下午 6 点左右，我吃了一个鸡肉卷饼碗，里面有糙米、黑豆、酸奶油、莎莎酱、玉米和生菜。吃完之后，我感到非常臃肿，只是觉得自己吃得太快了。但是臃肿不会消失，晚上 10 点至 11 点左右我的胃开始受伤。我感到非常不舒服，直到第二天早上，我才感觉到症状：持续的腹泻和胃痛。这些症状持续了几个小时；我变得非常脱水和虚弱。我不想吃东西，因为我觉得恶心。我终于在那天下午晚些时候去看医生了，因为我觉得自己不必那么频繁地去洗手间了，她告诉我我吃的食物肯定有细菌感染（Chipotle）。我得到了抗生素、止泻药、胃酸和松弛药：洛哌丁胺、双环胺、奥美拉唑和环丙沙星。老实说，这是我经历过的最糟糕的食物中毒经历。再也没有 Chipotle 适合我了。

I ate at Chipotle in Commerce at the outlet mall this afternoon and had a salad with chicken and steak, sour cream, quac, cheese and medium salsa. Got sick 10 minutes later and have been sick since then (4.5 hours).  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
