Veggie burrito bowl- rice, beans, lettuce, cheese, mild salsa, corn, sour cream, guacamole. Didn’t even eat the whole bowl, less than half and became ill within 30 min- 1hr of eating.  | 症状: 腹泻

白米饭，黑豆，fajitas，queso，温和的莎莎酱，奶酪，酸奶油，鸡肉，鳄梨调味酱，薯条。昨天吃了 Chipotle 大约一个小时后，我感到头晕和恶心，认为这是另一种让我感到痛苦的东西。今天我醒来很好，但是我吃了昨天的剩菜吃了午饭，吃完食物大约一个小时后，我感觉比昨天还差。我相信那是 chipotle。如果我开始呕吐或腹泻恶化，我会去看医生。我今天大部分时间都因为恶心和胃痉挛而躺在床上。

下午 12 点半左右，我带家人在这里吃午饭（31827 太平洋公路南，华盛顿州联邦路，98003）吃午饭。我给我们买了 2 个墨西哥卷饼碗、2 袋薯条和 4 个水。我的妻子和两个女儿（5 和 7）共用一个鸡碗，里面放着糙米、黑豆、鸡肉、温和的莎莎酱、酸奶油、奶酪、玉米和生菜。我给自己买了一个盛有白米饭、黑豆、牛肉丝、中度和中度莎莎、奶酪、玉米、酸奶油和生菜的碗。

这对我来说是一顿大餐... 到了吃晚饭的时候，我不饿，所以我不吃晚饭了。我感觉不太舒服，但以为会过去。我 3 点半醒来，用洗手间发现我有腹泻。我感觉很漂亮，几分钟后在厕所里呕吐了两次。我回到床上感到恶心，觉得自己有 “寒意”。

我第二天早上 7 点左右醒来，在 2 小时内去了 5 次洗手间，都是腹泻。我觉得我会再次吐出来，但是喝少量的水然后躺在床上让这种感觉消失了。在一天中（2018 年 3 月 11 日，星期日）我又出现了两次腹泻，但没有再呕吐。

我错过了和家人一起去教堂的机会，也错过了计划好几周的非常重要的午餐。我整天都在床上睡觉，除了下午 3 点半左右的浴室和淋浴。我的妻子一直在努力让我用水和电解质保持水分。我的身体感觉虚弱和痛楚。我在 Yelp 上写了一篇关于我的食物中毒经历的文章，然后用 Google 搜索了其他方式来报告我发生的事情。因为这种病我明天很可能会错过工作。

Husband and I both ate barbacoa burritos. Mine had barbacoa, rice, corn salsa, sour cream, lettuce. His was similar but had different salsa. I had a small amount of chips and queso- he had more. I became sick more quickly than he did.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
