Ordered a steak burrito on Postmates around 9 PM (steak, black beans, white rice, hot salsa, sour cream, cheese, lettuce), and split it with a friend. By 3 AM, I was having diarrhea. By 5 AM, we both have been vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

3 月 6 日星期二下午 4 点左右，我在 chipotle 吃了。腹泻，严重的胃痛，脱水，恶心和呕吐始于 7 日上午 11 点左右，从那以后我一直很痛苦。还有上述所有症状。我吃了一个鸡碗里有糙米，包括豆类，玉米，热莎莎酱，酸奶油芝士和生菜。我每次都会得到同样的东西。再也不会在 chipotle 吃东西了

Went to Costa Vida for lunch yesterday. Friend and I both came down sick today. She ate her lunch before me. I dropped her off then took my toddler home then ate. Hee symptoms started in the same time gap then mine.

7 点 09 分购买的食物，大约在 7:30 左右在家吃饭。大约 8:45 我开始感觉有点不适-恶心和虚弱。此时我有好几次腹泻。我洗了个澡然后躺下了。腹泻持续存在时我开始感到更加恶心。终于我的身体准备好清除有害的触发器了。然后我开始承诺，确切地说是 3 次，所有这些都是我从 Chipotle 吃的。在又一轮纯液体腹泻之后，我在 9 点 40 分左右完成了。我的饭是沙拉配糙米、fajita 蔬菜、鸡肉、温和的莎莎酱、玉米莎莎酱、奶酪丝和鳄梨调味酱。我丈夫也吃了，但他的饭菜中有不同的食材组合。
