2017 年 6 月 24 日星期日晚上 8 点左右我去了 chipotle。我订购了一个墨西哥卷饼，里面有白米饭、黑豆、温和的西红柿、玉米、奶酪和生菜，旁边有薯条和热莎莎酱。甚至不到一个小时后，我出现了严重的胃痛和腹泻，凌晨 2 点左右又出现了。  | 症状: 腹泻, 胃痛

我在 6/22 吃了晚餐，其中包括鸡肉、大米、生菜、酸奶油、豆泥和莎莎酱。晚上 8 点之前回家了。2 点 15 分醒来清澈的水流入喉咙，大量的胃痛。扔掉了。腹泻。不能离开洗手间。这种气味是我从未经历过的。就像死老鼠一样。对不起我太生动了。但是现在是 6/23 下午 6 点 20 分。还生病了弱。我没去看过医生我不能停止呕吐和腹泻。

My husband and I both got sofritas dishes with white rice, black beans, corn, salsa, lettuce and guacamole. We both were sick within 2 hours of eating, vomiting and diarrhea. Earlier in the day, we had plain oatmeal, and fruit, so we believe it has to be this dish that made us sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
