I ordered a cheese quesadilla with salsa and guacamole, while I was eating it it taste funny but I was starving so I swallowed it down, got a stomachache progressively got worse, 20 minutes later I threw up went to bed, this morning my stomach is still sore....  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

A friend and I both ate a chicken burrito bowl, brown rice, pinto beans, medium salsa, corn, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. Both up in the middle of the night puking and diarrhea. 3 days since eating there and I am still experiencing diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had a softitas bowl with white rice, pinto beans, mild and corn salsa. I also had chips and a drink. I did find a piece of meat in my bowl. It may have been steak. The symptoms started at 1:30am after I had been sleeping for a couple hours. They have been occurring ever since.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

在 6/1317 年 11 月 15 日左右吃了午餐，然后点了 #4（两个炸玉米饼加薯条/莎莎酱）软牛肉，然后喝了甜茶。在两个炸玉米饼上倒了一点酱汁在瓶子里。吃完几个小时后，就像食物在我的胃里膨胀一样。又过了一个小时，我感到臃肿和膨胀-非常不舒服。一直这样呆到第二天早上 0330 点左右（不睡觉）。发烧和发冷。第二天去看医生，接受了恶心、呕吐和抗生素的药物。还是太虚弱了第二天不能去上班。48 小时没吃东西。

I had a chicken burrito with jalapeño salsa for breakfast and within 3 hours, it hit me. I had diarrhea 5-6 times all throughout the day. A friend of mine told me later that the salsa had made her very sick like that before. Not ordering that again!  | 症状: 腹泻
