I had a barbeque chicken quesadilla with salsa and sour cream. I am extremely nauseous and my abdominal pains are so severe I can barely move. I have not experienced vomiting or diarrhea.  | 症状: 恶心

Ate a Burrito Bowl on Thursday night, around 9:30pm. Contained white rice, black beans, steak, grilled vegetables, mild and hot salsa, sour cream, cheese and corn.

我快要结束了，得到了一份沙拉，里面有肉饼、酸奶油、guac、温和的莎莎酱和奶酪。进食大约半小时后，我经历了轻微的胃痛，逐渐恶化。我花时间在浴室里患腹泻，整晚呕吐了四次-大约 3 个小时。上次之后，我感觉好多了。
