Ordered the chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, sour cream, and lettuce then woke up at about 4am vomiting and with explosives diarrhea that has lasted 5 days so far and 2 trips to the doctors  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had a burrito bowl with a tortilla on the side. I had chicken, black beans, white rice, pico, cheese, lettuce, guac and sour cream. It was the only thing i ate leading up to my symptoms  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

I went and bought I burrito with brown rice chicken lettuce and sour cream and when I got home I ate the burrito and it was good nothing seemed wrong with it but at 3am this morning I woke up out of no where and started vomiting so I drank a Gatorade to stop vomiting but then i had diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I went in Friday night around 7pm , and Ordered my usual burrito bowl. I ordered with rice, beans, half-chicken,half-steak, mild, medium,corn ,sour cream, and cheese. I have done this SEVERAL TIMES and I have never been sick. Something must be different now, someone needs to check whats being done.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

我姐姐昨天通过 doordash 为我们订购了墨西哥卷饼作为午餐。我买了一个牛排卷饼，里面有白米饭、黑豆、奶酪、酸奶油和温和的莎莎酱。首先，莎莎酱是 85％ 的生红洋葱-讨厌-里面有太多...大概快半杯了 —— 不是在开玩笑！！无论如何，几个小时后，我感到非常疲倦和虚弱，决定在沙发上小睡一会。当我醒来的时候，我仍然感觉有点不舒服和发烧。然后我站起来，立刻我觉得我迫切需要去洗手间。我腹泻持续了 15 分钟，我也觉得我随时可能会呕吐但是没有什么可以呕吐的东西，也无法从厕所起床...所以我开始深呼吸，然后用化妆盘扇起脸，直到它过去。然后开始了我经历过的最严重的胃痉挛。我真的以为我可能需要去急诊室，但是我把它伸出来然后在一天余下的时间里痛苦地躺在躺椅上。直到今天早上才能吃或喝任何东西。我仍然会断断续续地抽筋，但它们没有那么激烈或发生在一起。仍然有腹泻，现在呈绿色。每次我站起来，我都必须去洗手间。太惨了。

我订购了 2 个 Hard shell taco，里面有白米饭、鸡肉、奶酪、Queso 和酸奶油（两者都在旁边）。在 6 点左右吃完它们之后，我开始整天感到胃痛，虽然不太严重但很明显。8点以后胃痛开始加剧，难以忍受和抽筋。上床睡觉之前我病得很厉害，整晚都在呕吐。唯一的解释可能是 chipotle，因为这是我唯一吃的东西。
