I had a burrito bowl with a tortilla on the side. I had chicken, black beans, white rice, pico, cheese, lettuce, guac and sour cream. It was the only thing i ate leading up to my symptoms  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

I went and bought I burrito with brown rice chicken lettuce and sour cream and when I got home I ate the burrito and it was good nothing seemed wrong with it but at 3am this morning I woke up out of no where and started vomiting so I drank a Gatorade to stop vomiting but then i had diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I went in Friday night around 7pm , and Ordered my usual burrito bowl. I ordered with rice, beans, half-chicken,half-steak, mild, medium,corn ,sour cream, and cheese. I have done this SEVERAL TIMES and I have never been sick. Something must be different now, someone needs to check whats being done.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
