I had three veggie hard tacos with black beans, cilantro rice, cheese, sour cream, pico de Gallo, tomatoes, and lettuce. I had a very upset stomach and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

7 月 12 日下午 1 点左右吃了一个鸡肉碗，里面有白米饭、鸡肉、温和热的莎莎酱、酸奶油和奶酪以及薯条和鳄梨调味酱。同一天下午 2 点 30 分至 3 点左右，我开始出现严重的胃痉挛和腹泻，这种情况也发展为发冷。截至 7 月 14 日 @ 6:30 我仍然有同样的症状。

I ate a bowl with: white rice, chicken, mild and medium salsa, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. Within the hour I had stomach cramps and diarrhea. It is now the next day and I am still experiencing stomach discomfort and diarrhea.

我吃了一个牛排碗，里面有糙米、西红柿、玉米莎酱、奶酪和酸奶油。我有筹码。我在晚上 8 点 30 分吃了，第一次是晚上 11 点，然后是凌晨 1 点 30 分，然后是凌晨 3 点，最后是凌晨 5 点。我睡在浴室地板上，直到我觉得自己可以上床睡觉 5 个小时后，我才不再感到恶心，现在才非常虚弱。
