I got a bowl with chicken, beans, cheese, pico de gallo, lettuce, sour cream. I ate around 8 and didn’t feel too well about an hour later and then at 1:00am I woke up throwing up and had diarrhea. It stayed that way throughout the entire night and morning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

12 月 13 日星期三下午 2 点 04 分（查看我的银行对账单），我买了一个鸡碗，里面有黑豆、生菜、少许奶酪、温和的酱和酸奶油。我只需要一点酸奶油，但工作的女人花了很多钱。回想起来，它的味道稍微不足道（室温，质地比应有的水平要多），我希望我曾请她在没有它的情况下重新制作它。我在一天剩下的时间和第二天都感觉很好。第二天晚上（12 月 14 日星期四）我在半夜醒来，因为我必须呕吐。我一生中从来没有呕吐过这么多东西-我可能不得不在整个晚上醒来 15-25 次才能 “释放”。我没有经历过任何腹泻，只是极端恶心、脱水、呕吐和身体疼痛。它发生在第二天的大部分时间里，我无法吃任何东西或走得很远，而不会感到震撼的头痛。我感觉我快死了。当然，第二天必须停工。太糟糕了，我不得不在 2 天后取消回家的航班，因为我知道我不会准备好接受它。

周四晚上 9 点 30 分左右参观了 12.14.17。带回家吃了墨西哥卷饼配白米饭，半鸡一半巴巴科阿，一半黑色的一半斑豆，fajitas，温和的莎莎酱，玉米，酸奶油，奶酪和生菜以及薯条和 guac 的一面（我通常每次都会得到）。症状于第二天晚些时候开始于 12.16.17 左右，星期一凌晨 1 点左右。从恶心开始导致剧烈腹泻，早上 7 点 6 小时后结束，弹丸呕吐。呕吐有助于缓解一些恶心，但头痛一直持续到周日。我上周去了 17 年 7 月 12 日，没有出现症状，所以一周之内发生了一些使人生病的事情。我信任你 Chipotle...我应该去楼下的熊猫快车。
