昨晚我在 Qdoba 吃了，然后在凌晨 12 点左右开始生病。我吃了一个鸡肉玉米饼，里面有 pico da gico，鳄梨调味酱和酸奶油。我还有少量薯条和鳄梨调味酱和布朗尼蛋糕。我连续 12 个多小时呕吐腹泻。呕吐和腹泻已经停止但从经验来看我还是很虚弱和不安

I had the brown rice bowl with chicken, guacamole, mayo salsa, black beans and sour cream. Later that evening I began vomiting and had diarrhea throughout the night and into the next morning. The next day symptoms continued  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

Daughter ate veggie tacos with cheese and sour cream. She was only one who had veggies and sour cream. No symptoms previously until eating here. Stomach is very upset and she is nauseous just waiting to vomit.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心

我们在 2017 年 12 月 18 日星期二晚上 6:30 吃了。我们有一个草莓玛格丽塔酒, 牛排馆玉米片没有豆子，侧面有番石榴和酸奶油，还有牛 s 墨西哥玉米饼.我丈夫和我都生病了。我订购了一个 piñacolada，但它们很热，所以那位女士改为给了我一根吸管玛格丽塔酒，那是热的没有冷冻的。我们坐在的桌子不干净，但是已经没有碗碟了。我们本来可以坐在另一张桌子旁，但是其他所有东西要么都被占用，要么雨水从天花板上滴下来。自今年早些时候发生冰雹暴以来，屋顶一直需要维修。柜台上有一个用来盛放食物的锅滑到槽底下，可能是因为泄漏了。天花板上的隔热材料掉到桌子上，被雨水浸透了；看起来也有霉菌。酸橙上有深褐色的斑点，然后在成熟时闻起来。石灰很糟糕。他们用来盛放食物的托盘永远不会被清洗，只是在别人处理并把垃圾放在他们身上之后重复使用。我们可以看到柜台托盘上的所有食物残渣以及他们递给我们的那个。在重新开放之前，这个地方需要关闭并强制清洁。必须存在多种食物违规行为，供应食物的条件明显不卫生。到晚上 11 点左右，我已经超级恶心了。我很容易生病，但是那天晚上我丈夫也感到恶心。第二天我整天都感到恶心，经历了严重的抽筋、腹泻、腹胀和愤慨。有些时候我以为我会呕吐，但没有经历过。我们永远不会回去。这个地方有很棒的食物，但是卫生条件很差。

Just ate a chicken burrito bowl. With guacamole sour cream beans vegetables. Within one hour was nauseous and threw up 2-3 times. All of the bowl cane up. I feel terrible!!! This is awful  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
