Steak burrito with white rice, veggies, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, mild salsa.
Nachos with queso - the texture was strange so I didn't eat much of the queso.
About two hours later I noticed nausea and stomach cramps followed by diarrhea. It has been over 12 hours… 更多

....I ordered the veggie burrito bowl and I got sour cream on it. I only ate half of it and couldn't eat anything the rest of the day I was so nauseous and in pain the smell of other food would Make me dry heave. And I kept going to the bathroom every 30min  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I ate at Chipotle in Westgate Arizona on 9/25 at approximately 6pm. Within two hours of eating I did begin to have a stomach ache. By 9/25 at 11pm I had nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and a fever. My stomach hurt tremendously. I continued to vomit all night… 更多
