I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with black beans, brown rice, fajita veggies, corn salsa, and sour cream with cheese, as well as chips with guacamole. As soon as I ate I felt a little bit off but full symptoms started within 4-6 hours later including nausea, cramping, and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

我有一个鸡碗里有白米饭、黑豆、蔬菜、奶酪、酸奶油、生菜和温和的莎莎酱。我吃了大约四分之一的碗。这是 6 月 19 日星期三下午 12:00 左右。下班回家后不久，下班回家后不久，我开始出现严重的头痛和恶心，头痛和呕吐很严重。晚上 10 点左右，我只是在剩下的时间里断断续续地恶心，终于能够在第二天下午 2 点左右再次吃点东西。

谢谢！是的，我感觉好多了-第二天上班肯定非常疲倦，但是谢天谢地，再也没有呕吐了。

午餐时我去了墨西哥辣椒酱，得到了鸡肉卷饼没有豆子白米鸡肉蔬菜和莎莎酸奶油和奶酪。我也有沙拉酱的一面。我吃完午饭然后回去工作，大约 45 分钟后，我在浴室里疯狂地呕吐，吃饭后大概 20 到 30 分钟后恶心。呕吐前甚至呕吐后都会出现严重的胃痛。老板把我送回家太糟糕了，疼痛消失后我最终精疲力尽。第二天我仍然感觉不舒服。
