我得到了我平常的碗 —— 白米饭、没有豆子、牛排、酸奶油和奶酪。我在中午到下午 1 点之间进去了。第一口我可以马上说出一些东西已经尝过了，但我认为那是因为调味品柜台上没有盐，而且我从来没有没有吃过没有盐的碗，所以我决定把剩下的东西留给我可以在家里加盐的时候。我在 1:30 左右吃了剩下的东西，但即使加了盐，味道也很不对劲，我无法弄清楚那是什么，所以我完成了一半的工作，把剩下的都扔掉了。在路上 6 个小时后，我开始感觉不像我自己。就像流感从哪儿冒出来一样。太奇怪了，太虚弱了。随着时间的流逝，越来越多的症状出现。发烧、发冷、出汗、疼痛到我无法动弹的程度，极度嗜睡。我得休息一下我在凌晨 1 点左右醒来时带着压倒性的恶心浪潮... 爬到浴室呕吐了一个小时。现在，今天早上我有腹泻的后果。现在我感觉好多了，困扰我的大部分东西都是呕吐/或大便出来的，但是剩下的时间我仍然需要恢复。我希望最坏的情况已经过去了。我认为我不能再在那里吃东西，因为担心这种经历。

下午 2 点 30 分左右吃一个墨西哥卷饼，配以糙米、平托豆、Pico de Gallo、奶酪、酸奶油、鳄梨调味酱和生菜。整个下午恶心增加，在晚上 10 点至凌晨 2 点之间呕吐了 9 次。目前摇摇欲坠，发烧，虚弱和痛苦，正在慢慢尝试补充水分并开始吃简单的食物。
