9 月 1 日星期六，我和朋友一起去了帕夏。她有虾、大米和菠菜。我吃了牛排烤肉然后我们分享了鹰嘴豆泥。周日早上 6 点，我开始呕吐并出现腹泻。那天，腹部痉挛变得异常严重。我打电话给我的朋友，发现她也有类似的症状。我们俩都必须下班才能康复，但我们还不是 100％。

我点了一个 Turkey Sub，里面装有生菜、菠菜和番茄。是的，几个小时后我因腹泻而生病了。腹泻太糟糕了！现在是第 4 天，我要离开紧急护理，因为我脱水了，得了可怕的偏头痛，这让我感到恶心。我接受了静脉注射治疗，并接受了偏头痛和抗恶心药物的炎症治疗。这可能要过一周才能消失！！当心！！！这些案件之所以发生，是因为 SUBWAY 和 CHIPOTLE！

On Sunday, Aug 18, we bought both herb lemon and teriyaki salmon burgers and came home to sauté them around 1:00. By 5:00, I got nauseated and vomited. Around the same time my husband had diarrhea. 我吃了菠菜、小扁豆、茄子和红辣椒、烤红辣椒鹰嘴豆泥、普通鹰嘴豆泥、鸡肉、沙拉三明治、西红柿和洋葱。大约 6-7 个小时后，我开始呕吐，发生了 6 次。我有两次腹泻然后就结束了。仍然感觉虚弱，但我正在走向好转。

Had a Super Spinach Salad around 9:30pm. I recall noticing a funky smell, but I checked the packaging and it wasn’t expired or anything so I just figured I didn’t remember the smell or Trader Joe’s changed the dressing recipe or something. Anyway I finished the salad… 更多
