Had 6" roast beef with cheddar, tomato, onion, spinach, and cucumber. Oil and vinegar dressing. One hour later developed stomach ache with diareha. Continued on and off that night, now 2 days later still have some residual.  | 症状: 腹泻

订购了一个 6 英寸的 monterary 切达干酪和烤肉店鸡肉和 4 片超长烤的普罗卧干酪。我有油、醋、蛋黄酱、盐和胡椒粉、青椒、黑橄榄、西红柿、菠菜、黄瓜。我昨晚大约晚上 11 点吃了。早上 7 点左右，我醒来时出现严重的胃灼热（我服用处方强度 nexium）胃痛/抽筋。我花了更多 nexium 回去睡觉了。上午11点左右再次醒来。从那以后出现了腹泻、轻度恶心、胃痛和极度疲惫。

我最后吃的东西是这里的菠菜派。它绝对不是新鲜的，味道也不像应该的那样。我还好直到第二天我头痛腹胀然后我的胃像洗衣机一样旋转。我出汗了，动摇了，腹泻发烧发冷和身体疼痛了两天。现在今天我有一个碗运动，里面有菠菜中的某种寄生虫。注意！我在急诊室脱水了需要 ds-wormer！

烤肉店鸡肉包裹在菠菜包裹上，上面放着生菜、菠菜、青椒和洋葱，再加上塞萨尔酱和美国奶酪。我在 2018 年 7 月 23 日星期一去了 Subway。我穿过了大约 1/2 的路程，我的胃开始不舒服了。我把剩下的包裹扔掉了。那天晚上晚些时候，我的胃变得非常抽筋，恶心变得越来越多，腹泻开始了。已经过了两天，我还在恶心而且有腹泻。

2018 年 7 月 21 日（星期六），我订购了中等大蒜巴马干酪白酱披萨，配意大利香肠和菠菜。我在下午 4 点 45 分左右收到了。我吃了 5 片这个披萨。大约 20-30 分钟后，我开始出现严重的胃痉挛并呕吐了我吃的所有东西。我一直在经历：呕吐、腹泻、冷汗、发冷、恶心、胃痉挛、疲劳和感觉极度虚弱。我现在已经在第二天了，但我仍然感觉不对。现在是星期天，我想等到星期一去看医生。
