I had ordered fettuccine alfredo pasta with shrimp, along with dynamite shrimp, and strawberry lemonade .. I had Diarrhea, Nausea, fatigue, and vomiting.. and had to sleep for 12 hours after that  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Chastain Square location. Th 2/2/17. Lg Fry, Lg Chicken Soup, Milkshake- strawberry?, Tea. Worst fd poi ever remember in life (44yo). Within a couple hrs after eating: Burning Cramps, diarrhea, hot; dry heaves c.6 times- never could throw up even trying, then profuse cold sweats, more diarrhea.… 更多

我在 2017 年 2 月 4 日星期六下午 3 点 45 分至下午 3 点 50 分订购了一个：双奶酪汉堡、大薯条和一个鸡肉传奇。我的朋友还在同一天和同一时间点了素食汉堡和草莓奶昔。吃完 1-2 小时后，我们俩都感到恶心。我和我的朋友在发抖并且有温度。我感觉很星期而且很生气。我们终于吐了。

绝对是麦当劳，因为那是我们那天唯一吃的东西，除了早餐和一些糖果。我本来打算去看医生，但是呕吐后我感觉完全不错。

晚上 11 点左右去孟菲斯工会的 Applebee 吃晚饭。那里很拥挤，但这应该影响到食物的质量。我以 20 美元的价格订购 2 个：开胃菜温和的去骨鸡翅和三奶酪鸡肉 cavatappi。我还点了一杯饮料：草莓酸橙玛格丽塔酒。我吃了，回家了，很快就睡了。早上 7 点左右，我开始出现潮热和严重的胃痛。早上 8 点之前我断断续续地呕吐。即使在我尝试写这篇文章的时候（上午 10 点 12 分）。
