Sent my assistant to get us lunch to try their food as another employee raved about it. My assistant had the Teriyaki Beef Bowl and was sick for 2 day. I called to leave a message for the manager. who is never there. Never called me back. even after I called again. DON'T EAT THERE  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Had a chicken teriyaki on flatbread. Within 4-6 hours I had about 6 rounds of diarrhea, and 4 rounds of extreme vomiting. My friend ate a Tuna flatbread the day before me at the same place, and had the same symptoms.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

下午 6 点左右去了吉野家市中心，拿到了牛肉照烧碗。到晚上 10 点，我开始感到恶心和胃痛。我在 12 点左右睡觉然后凌晨 2 点醒来呕吐。熬夜，因发烧和恶心而呕吐了大约 17 次。也有腹泻，第二天我也病得很重。无法保持水或减少食物。2 天后我感觉好些但仍然难以吃东西，我仍然有头痛和胃痛。

Ate teriyaki chicken and fried rice on April 10, 2017. Approximately 45 minutes later became violently ill with food poisoning. Uncontrollable vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach cramps. 24 hours later and still recovering.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

在全麦大饼上吃了一英尺长的甜洋葱鸡肉照烧。2 小时之内我就发冷了。回家测量了我的体温，102F。身体疼痛、无法入睡和腹泻。我在第二天，我正在发低度发烧。腹泻是无情的。我不能去任何地方旅行。我已经卧床不起超过 24 小时了。
