今天清晨，我在教堂结束后和朋友一起去地铁，然后点了一英尺长的素食主义者。我吃了一半，几分钟后我注意到轻微的腹痛。所以回到家后，我吃了另一半，以为我只是饿了。剧烈的鼻痛使腹痛变得严重。那天晚上晚些时候，我开始呕吐三遍，然后从头晕中昏倒了。从那以后，也就是一个小时前，我感到虚弱和摇摇欲坠，并且用精油来帮助我。

Ate salad, pizza and dessert. Had beetroot, lettuce, potato salad, dressing for the salad. Had vegetarian hot pizza which had onion, peppers, chillis. Had chocolate ice cream with waffle and chocolate sauce. Felt sick 12 hours later then threw up.  | 症状: 呕吐

我在 9 月 11 日星期日晚上订购了 bhunda 鸡。星期一中午，我的关节和肌肉疼痛，胃部不适，很快就变成了腹泻。大部分是从我身上冒出来的粘液。我太虚弱头晕了，无法站立或走路。腹部抽筋成波澜起来，通常会导致更多的腹泻。有时候通过腹泻会导致更严重的腹痛。现在是 9 月 15 日星期四晚上，我刚刚开始感觉好些了。我现在可以走路了，我的头痛好了，我吃了一些素食汤，我的肠道仍然不稳定，但正在改善。
